Have you ever thought about your dog in the winter?  Have you ever thought he or she may be cold when walking outside in the snow doing their “thing”?  Well it’s pretty important to think about since right around the corner is the winter months.  The way the weather has been this past year we just don’t know what to expect.  Dog jackets can be very helpful to a cold dog while out in the rain or the snow. 

Your dog’s health is important and now is the time to think about the winter weather and find a good warm dog coat or dog jacket to put on your pet for his comfort.  You know how cold it gets outside especially if you are the one walking the dog!

First we have a drought and huge fires and now it’s raining and the rain has been crazy around here.  I guess we are never happy with the weather.   

With all of the rain we have been having I started thinking about my dog.  You see I have to think about him because when it thunders and lighting’s he starts shaking.  He is really scared of storms.  He pants and watches the windows all the while it’s raining.  He is a rescue dog and we would really like to know what happened to him while he was on the run.  When it starts storming all he wants to do is get outside.  I guess he wants to run from it and that’s why he wants out.  I sure feel sorry for him because he shakes and pants so hard one would think he would have a stroke.

After the storm is over we do take him out.  It may still be raining a little but he doesn’t mind.  However, the streets are still wet and the grass is soaking.  We put on his dog raincoat and off he goes.  It rains all day sometimes and you know when a dog’s gotta go he’s gotta go.  On goes the little dog raincoat and out we go to get wet.  Even if it isn’t raining it keeps him dry underneath so he doesn’t get so wet.

Try one of the dog raincoats out.  You and your dog might just like them.

What I got out of this article is that living with dogs keeps us healthy.  Our dogs do so much for us so we need to provide for them.  Keeping them warm in the winter months is most important.  Dog coats are an important part of a dogs wardrobe.  If you are cold you can be pretty sure your dog feels it also.  If your dog doesn’t like the dog coats maybe lighter weight dog sweaters would be perfect. 

Whatever your dog needs, be sure you take care of them because they take care of us.

Our furry dog companions have different clothing needs for different seasons. The summer and the winter are the two seasons that are potentially harmful weather to dogs. Dog coats can be an important part of your dogs winter wardrobe. Some people think it’s silly to dress up dogs. Dog clothing does serve a protective purpose. However, this is not the only reason people buy dog coats or other dog apparel. Owners just like dressing up their dogs. Some owners dress their dog as an accessory to their own wardrobes. Years ago, people would find dressing up a dog for protection would be just crazy, but more pets were kept outside years ago and they got used to the extreme elements. Most dogs don’t like the rain.  As I set looking out my window it’s raining and my dog just sets by the door and watches.  He gets a little scared when it storms, but he doesn’t mind walking in the rain because he has a great dog raincoat.

It’s all about the winter now since the temperatures are going down.  I don’t like the cold and our little dog really don’t like it either.  It’s now time to start checking out the dog coats for your little friend.  They like to get out and romp in the snow it makes them feel really good.  Little dogs almost get lost in the snow but they have so much fun.

Dogs are funny little furry friends and we need to really be sure they are protected.  The small breeds like Min Pins, the Maltese, Chihuahuas, and Tea Cup Poodles are very small and the Min Pins and Chihuahuas have very short hair.  These little dogs really need our protection during the winter so they won’t get cold.

Dog sweaters and dog coats and the dog jackets are the perfect thing for the winter months.  Little dogs that weigh under 10 lbs. really need to wear something when they go outside.  They are our responsibility and we really need to think about them in the winter months.
