Pet Clothes

As you have probably noticed there is jewelry everywhere but have you seen the dashing dog jewelry?  It is very fasionable and stylish and just the cutest stuff.  The hair bows look so cute on the longer haired dogs and the crystal pendents are so chic. I was looking at the very sparkling Swarovski crystal and did a little research on it.  The founder of the Swarovski crystal is a man called Daniel Swarovski.  He wanted to be able to cut crystals automatically.  He started a company and it ended up being very successful and manufactured decorative stones made of crystal.  Some of the crystals are used in chandeliers, pins, earrings and are popular all over the world.  You can even find these beautiful crystals in shoes, handbags and some dress fashions.  They have shown up in some James Bond movies and some Hollywood celebrities have also worn them on Oscar night.  Therefore, why not dog jewelry. 

There are Swarovski crystal stores that have opened in the malls and everything is so sparkly.  In 1974 designer Max Schreck started a new line accidentally by constructing a mouse out of chandelier parts.  After that there have been many crystal animals that are in the stores and the most famous are the crystal lovebirds.  A theme park was built to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the beginning of this beautiful crystal.

Jewelry is fun and the Swarovski crystal sparkles and glows and is very dashing.  All dogs need a little Swarovski jewelry to complement their clothes.

How about dressing your dog for a puppy party? Putting on a cute dog dress and going to or giving your dog a puppy party would be the ideal thing to work on socializing and getting them used to other dogs.  Some dogs may get assertive or be a little nervous but being around other dogs at a young age will help this behavior when they are older.

Puppies have a great time dressing up and going to their parties but for some the party can be traumatizing.  These puppies were familiar with their own siblings, but how about other breeds?  Some of the other breeds can be a little aggressive and the puppies may end up in a fight.  This would make them nervous or anxious being around other dogs.  Things can go wrong at a puppy party but if there are just a few dogs, they are easier to watch and control and your dog will have a very positive experience.

Puppies like to play and a party would be a great way to let them romp around with other dogs.  Think about the positives and negatives and if you decided to go to or have a puppy party put on the cute dog dress or dog shirt and get to partying.  It will be great fun for all.   

When you walk your dog, collars and leashes are a necessity.  I know when we walk our dog it’s really important.  Rudy, our Shih Tzu shown here, is a rescue dog and he would run off if he didn’t have on his collar and leash.  However, the leashes at some dog parks are not as important.  There are dogs with leashes and some are allowed to run around the park without a leash.Collars with tags showing the dogs information is very important when you take them anywhere.  If they should get loose and take off running the dog information attached to their collar will help in your dogs safe return home.  Dog collars and leashes are used mostly to control you dog.  The jeweled dog collars are stylish and fashionable and will show off your dog with sparkles as well as keeping your pet safe and close when on a leash.

There are many designer dog collars and leashes that would suit your dog.  Handmade dog collars and leashes are casual and comfortable and of course the “bling” dog collars in a gold are comfortable and will make yor dog look stylish and expensive.  Some dogs may prefer a dog harness.  The harness is good for dogs that may have sensitive throats.  The harness straps around the chest to keep some of the pressure off of the dogs throat.

Whether your dog likes comfort or likes to show off, the collar with a matching leash is an important asset to your dogs wardrobe. 

Dogs like people get hot and cold due to weather changes.  It is important to dress your dog in summer dog clothes when the weather is warmer.

Summer is definitely here and the 4th of July parade is right around the corner.  If your dog is like mine he likes to go everywhere.  We all need to be aware that they get hot and thirsty in the heat so be sure he or she is dressed in cool dog clothes and be sure they get plenty of water and shade for those super hot days.  Also, when they are standing on the hot cement their feet get hot and it may harm their pads.  We need to find shade so their feet won’t be hurt.
