Author: dogs4me
There is so much fuss about the little girl dogs when they’re all dress up. Have you ever wondered about you little boy. Little boy dogs like attention also and I found that there are a few summer dog clothes out there for them. Dog shorts are just the thing for your little man.
Whether you dress you little boy in jammer shorts and dog hats for the beach or just running around doing errands they like to strut their stuff also. Have fun with your little man and let him show off with the designer dog clothes for him.
Biker Dogs

I was driving down the street the other day and saw a dog riding on a motorcycle. I’m telling you that dog was loving it. Talk about getting some sniffs in the air that is passing you could almost see him smile. With the gas prices so high now days there are a lot more motor cycles on the roads.
It made me wonder about the dog clothing out there for the “biker dog”. I found dog harnesses, dog collars, dog jackets and a variety of biker dog stuff.
Our dogs have all they need with the designer dog clothes now. I was, however, a bit concerned about the dogs safety. If you have a dog that loves to ride with you on your cool bike be sure a take the precautions necessary to keep them safe. Strap him/her on tight and have a cool ride.
Dogs can get sunburn too!
Author: dogs4me
Just like humans, dogs need sunlight for their health but we must protect them just like we protect our children. Dogs are sensitive to the ultraviolet rays that come from the sun. These rays can irritate our dogs skin and cause sunburn.
Short-haired dogs are more prone to sunburn usually on their nose, groin, abdomen and inside of the legs. Being so close to the ground they get the rays from above as well as the reflection from the pavement or sand. We need to protect our dogs from these harmful rays and there are ways to do that. Keep your dog inside during the peak heat of the day, apply sunblock to the bridge of their nose and tips of their ears whenever they are outside more that a few minutes. Some vets say to use protective dog clothing such as dog t-shirts, dog hats, or dog visors to keep the sun off your pet.
Our dogs give us unconditional love and we need to give that in return. Let them play outside for a few minutes a day but protect them from the harmful UV rays that could cause serious injury.
Keeping your dog dry in the rain.

It’s been my experience that dogs do not like to go out in the rain even if they have to (if you know what I mean). My dog sure doesn’t like the rain and we’ve been known to use an umbrella to keep the rain off of her while getting wet ourselves. It’s pretty hard to carry two umbrellas and a leash. I guess you would say our dog is spoiled.
We found that a dog raincoat is just the thing to keep your dog dry. I have checked around and there are dog raincoats with hoods, dog raincoats with hats and you can even get boots to go with some of these raincoats.
Dogs these days have it made with all of the designer dog clothing. I just think that the dog raincoat is the best thing for those funny little dogs that don’t like to get wet and when they come in out of the rain they smell a little better too!
