Do you have one of those pets that pulls on the leash because you’re not walking fast enough?  Does your pet cough and choke while you are walking? Some dog’s have a really sensitive trachea and cannot handle having a dog collar around their neck.  The little ones especially have a hard time with this because they are so small.  I hate to hear the sound of them choking and with a pet harness they can pull all they want and you will not hear that sound.
